The Crested Butte Farmers Market hosts farm-to-table harvest supper every spring, summer, autumn and winter. Each harvest supper is sourced entirely from local foods, down to the salt on the table.

Summer Harvest Supper Menu (Subject to Change)

  • Heirloom Tomatoes & Lettuce Salad: Heirloom Tomatoes, Lettuces, Cucumbers
  • Roasted Meats: Roasted Pig, Roasted Turkey, Beef Stew
  • Roasted Vegetables: Carrots, Beets, Potatoes, Kohlrabi
  • Braised Greens: Kale, Bok Choy, Spinach, Red Onion, Apple Cider
  • Cabbage & Apples: Cabbage, Apples, Yellow Onion
  • Whole-grain sourdough bread: baguettes, boules and more
  • Autumn Fruit: Pears, Apples, Plums

Tickets
